Before founding concentia consulting, Mark was Chairman of Your Mind Is Open and Chief Executive of Fineman Consulting. Marks voyage to enable people to create the life of their dreams continued when, together with Kendel Fairley, he formed concentia consulting with the specific goal of assisting people, organisations and companies, to enable themselves to grow. His inquisitiveness has led him to study the self-development and learning process's of humans in many areas. Mark started his career within the Financial Sector, working within the Change & Project Management environment, and for a considerable time in Selling, before returning to his native area of Learning & Development.
