| Kendel Fairley is a founding Director of concentia consulting and is also Head of Management Consultancy Solutions for the company. Before founding concentia consulting, Kendel was an Assistant Director for one of the UK's largest NHS Primary Care Trusts, with responsibility for Strategic Planning and Policy Development. Kendel's experience rests in both the Business Management including sales and also in the Clinical arena. She is a highly confident negotiator and communicator and is regularly retained by organisations to facilitate and chair meetings at very senior levels - often with extremely contentious and challenging agendas. Kendel is able to gain positive outcomes and consensus from projects where there are many multi-disciplinary stakeholders and often differing agenda's.
